The Dansville Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer, at a group rate, four Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance programs.

The Program currently serves approximately 660 subscribers.

DENTAL PLANS

"The Guardian" Dental Plan, also offered at group rates includes the following highlights

• Freedom of choice to use any dentist
• Claims reimbursed based on maximum allowed charge schedule
• No Age limits
• Children covered up to age 20 or 26 (if full time student)
• Claims turnaround - 98% of claims paid within 14 days
• Convenient semi-annual billing
